🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging (inner packaging must not be tampered with), never assembled or used, and in full salable condition when received back.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a package is refused or returned as "Return to Sender," return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

• How to Start: To initiate a return, please email us at support@buystoke.com with your full name, email used for the order, order number, and reason for return.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

• Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@buystoke.com with photo/video proof so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Missing Items: Any missing item claims must be reported to support@buystoke.com within 5 days of receiving your order, accompanied by photo verification of the packing slip, all contents, and the shipping label.

✖️ Cancellations

• Orders move to processing quickly to ensure fast delivery times. If you need to cancel your order, you must email support@buystoke.com within 2 hours of placing it.

• Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once received.

💳 Refunds & Processing

• Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive back at our facility.

• Approval & Payout: Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
